Our new patient appointments are friendly and relaxed and include an examination. They take around 30 minutes and start with a chat to find out whether you’re happy with the appearance of your teeth and gums. We also ask some questions to find out about your medical history, lifestyle and dental health.
Our new patient examination always includes a thorough review of your teeth and any existing dental work to ensure everything remains fit for purpose. Once we’ve carried out the exam, we will provide a treatment plan, which will include an estimate of fees for any treatment that is proposed.
If you are looking to improve your smile, we will then arrange a complimentary consultation with one of our clinicians, give you a tour of our Stourbridge dental practice and time to find out more about how we can help you achieve the smile of your dreams.

On attending your appointment you will be asked to complete some forms including a medical history form.
One of our experienced dentists will complete your Dental Examination.
X-rays will be taken if they are needed and a treatment plan will be put together and discussed with you based on your treatment need.
Our new patient examinations cost £65 plus X-rays (where necessary).
We undertake a gum health assessment, a soft tissue examination and an oral cancer screening to detect any early signs of the disease. We will check your bite and make a note of any worn teeth, recording any grinding or tooth clenching habits.
Yes, as part of your examination, we may take x-rays and photographs to help us make a diagnosis.
