COVID-19

The team at Lion Dental Centre hopes everyone is well and have been managing during lockdown in what has been a very difficult time.

We are very pleased to inform you that from June 8th we are beginning processes to re-open. Our aim is to start seeing patients as of 22nd June. Over the next two weeks we will be ensuring we have procedures in place to ensure we are meeting guidelines to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible. We have missed seeing all our lovely patients and can’t wait to be able to see you again soon.

Emergencies

The first step in re-opening will be to triage emergencies so if you have a dental problem please do get in touch. Our reception is being manned 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday over the next two weeks. Please call 01384 376336 or 01384 379291 to speak to one of the team. Please do bear with us if phone lines are busy. If you can’t get through please send us an email to info@liondentalcentre.co.uk.

Invisalign

If you are an Invisalign patient then we will be seeing patients in priority order as follows:

1 – I have no aligners left or am having a problem

2 – I have a few aligners left but need to be seen soon

If you have aligners left at home we will be seeing you soon for a review but not as a priority.

If you fall into category 1 please call us to arrange an appointment with Dr Francesca Dash. She will start seeing patients on 23rd June. The reception is being manned 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday over the next two weeks. Please do not come to the practice in person to arrange an appointment as we will only be arranging appointments via phone or email.

Changes

Please be aware that the way we normally do things will be changing due to Coronavirus. We will be contacting you again soon to advise you of the changes and what you can expect when you do come in to see us. Although we always have a high standard of infection control procedures in place, we will be implementing changes to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Your safety and the safety of our staff is the priority!
